If your patient has a metal sensitivity or a documented preference, note it on the prescription and the design follows it. Every finished appliance passes documented quality control before shipping, and digital case records are retained for up to 30 days from fabrication as a courtesy, so early adjustments and refinements can start from the original data instead of a fresh appointment.

Include the opposing model or scan, a bite registration, the shade, and any design preference with the case; if something is missing, the responsible technician calls before design begins. Turnaround for removable cases is 10 working days, rush requests are subject to approval, and seat dates are planned backwards from your calendar with early warnings if anything slips.
