Scheduled local pickup is available in the Los Angeles and Denver metro areas, near our California and Colorado labs. Practices elsewhere send cases with the prepaid UPS or FedEx labels we provide, and digital cases reach us instantly through the portal.
Are cases insured during transit?
Yes. Cases are insured in both directions, on the way to the lab and on the way back to your practice, and every shipment is tracked so you can follow it from your account portal.
How fast is nationwide delivery?
Finished work ships by UPS or FedEx once fabrication is complete, and transit time depends on your location. When a seat date is fixed we plan backwards from your appointment, and rush shipping is available on request, so ask us and we will find the fastest route for your cases.
