CROWNS & BRIDGES

Dental Crown Lab for Crowns, Bridges & Veneers
Precise margins, lifelike shades, materials you can stand behind: Reliable Dental Studio fabricates crowns, bridges, and veneers in zirconia, IPS e.max, PFM, and full-cast alloys. Fixed restorations have been our core craft since 1991, in our California, Colorado, and Texas labs.

Crown and Bridge Work: From Single Crowns to Full-Mouth Cases
Fixed restorations are where a dental crown lab proves itself case after case: marginal fit, contact points, occlusion, shade. Our technicians fabricate everything from single posterior crowns to multi-unit bridges and complete esthetic makeovers, in solid and multi-layer zirconia, IPS e.max, porcelain fused to metal, and full-cast alloys from non-precious to high noble. You choose the material and design on the Rx; we match it with the right brand-name system, verify the data, and finish every unit by hand. Digital scan or conventional impression, the goal never changes: a restoration that seats with minimal adjustment and looks like it grew there.
IPS e.max, 3M Lava, trusted zirconia systems: brand materials, verified batches.

Your Crown Lab: Margins That Seat, Shades That Match
Chairside time is the real cost of a weak lab. Every crown and bridge case at RSU runs through verified model or scan preparation, CAD design with controlled cement gaps, precision milling or casting, and documented quality control, so adjustments stay the exception, not the routine.

Porcelain Veneers
Hand-layered porcelain veneers for natural translucency and individual characterization.
Maryland Bridges
Conservative resin-bonded bridges: a minimally invasive option for single-tooth replacement.

Full-cast restorations from non-precious to high-noble yellow alloys, built for longevity.
Every Material, One Quality Standard
Material choice should follow the clinical situation, not the lab's convenience. That is why our crown and bridge department covers the full spectrum: zirconia in three translucency classes, IPS e.max, 3M Lava, PFM in every alloy category, and full-cast options up to high-noble yellow. Each material is processed on its own validated workflow, with verified brand-name blanks and alloys on every case. Tell us the indication, the prep design, and the shade, and if we think a different material would serve the patient better, the responsible technician calls you before we mill. That conversation has saved more cases than any scanner ever will.

Open a Lab AccountWhich crown and bridge materials do you offer?
The full range: solid, layered (YZ), and multi-layer (HTZ) zirconia, IPS e.max lithium disilicate, 3M Lava, porcelain fused to metal in non-precious, semi-precious, and high-noble alloys, and full-cast crowns up to high-noble yellow. Your Rx sets the material; our technicians match it with a verified brand-name system.
Do you accept digital scans for crown and bridge cases?
Yes. Send intraoral scans or standard STL and OBJ exports through our portal. Margins are checked by a technician before design, and we contact you if a margin needs clarification rather than guessing. Conventional impressions are equally welcome; we digitize them on request.
How do you handle shade matching?
Note the target shade and any characterization details on the Rx, and include photos whenever possible; they help more than any written description. For demanding anterior cases, talk to us in advance; we plan those cases with the responsible ceramist before fabrication begins.
What is your turnaround for crowns and bridges?
Turnaround depends on the material and the case: for zirconia units we can run a 48-hour in-lab schedule on request where the case allows it, while other restorations and larger cases follow an agreed schedule. If your seat date is fixed, put it on the Rx. We plan backwards from your appointment and flag any timeline risk immediately, not on delivery day.
A Crown and Bridge Lab With 30+ Years of Craftsmanship
Reliable Dental Studio started in 1991 as a family-owned crown and bridge lab in the Los Angeles area, and fixed restorations remain the heart of the house today. Three decades of hand-finishing teach a team things no machine learns: how a natural central incisor breaks light, where a posterior contact should hold shimstock, why a margin that looks perfect on screen can still feel wrong under an explorer.
We pair that craft with a fully digital backbone. Scans and impressions run through verified model preparation, CAD design with controlled cement gaps, and precision milling, followed by hand layering, staining, and glazing where esthetics demand it. The result: crown and bridge work that combines digital consistency with a ceramist's eye.
Materials are never generic. Every zirconia blank, every e.max ingot, every alloy batch is brand-name and verified, because a dental crown lab is only as reliable as the material it mills. Each unit passes documented quality control before shipping. And when questions come up, you speak with the technician who has your case on the bench, not a hotline. Design details, shade questions, material trade-offs: answered directly, decided together, resolved before fabrication.
That is also why remakes are rare here, and honestly handled when they happen. If a crown does not seat, we want it back on our bench with your feedback, not in a drawer. Every remake is analyzed, documented, and used to refine the workflow. That is how a dental crown lab earns trust that lasts thirty years.
Crowns & Bridges, Delivered Nationwide
From Rosemead, California, Lakewood, Colorado, and Round Rock, Texas, our crown lab serves practices in all 50 states. Cases travel via UPS and FedEx with prepaid labels and shipping supplies we provide; local practices schedule pickups, and digital cases arrive through our secure portal the moment you hit send. All three locations run identical workflows, materials, and quality standards, so a crown made in Colorado is indistinguishable from one made in California or Texas. For group practices, that consistency is the difference between managing one lab partner and chasing five.
Shade communication deserves a habit of its own: note the target shade on the Rx and add photos with the shade tab in frame whenever the case sits in the smile zone. Pictures settle in seconds what written descriptions debate for days, and on demanding anterior work the responsible ceramist reviews them before the first layer of porcelain goes on.
Turnaround stays predictable as well: a 48-hour in-lab schedule is available for zirconia units on request where the case allows it, larger spans follow an agreed schedule, and you hear about any delay early, never on the delivery date. Fixed work rarely comes alone: a crown next to an implant restoration, a bridge opposing a partial denture, veneers alongside a night guard for protection. Because implants, removables, and appliances sit under the same roof, combination cases stay coordinated: one Rx, one contact, one standard. Ready to see what a dependable crown and bridge lab feels like? Send your next crown and bridge case to Reliable Dental Studio, or open a lab account. We come back to you within 24 hours, and once your documents are complete, Rx slips, shipping supplies, and portal access are included from day one.
