Implant Bridges
Why splint implants with a bridge instead of restoring them one by one? Because economics, hygiene, and biomechanics often say so. Our implant department fabricates screw- and cement-retained implant bridge work for every major system, including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Neodent, MegaGen, and BioHorizons, verified on the model before shipping, and delivered to practices nationwide from our California, Colorado, and Texas labs.

What Is an Implant Bridge?
A dental implant bridge replaces several missing teeth on two or more fixtures: retainer crowns on the implants, pontics between them, one connected framework. Unlike a tooth-borne bridge, there is no periodontal ligament to forgive a misfit, which is why passive seating decides everything. We design every implant supported bridge around your chosen system and components, control connector cross-sections and emergence profiles in CAD, and verify the framework on the model with the analogs your case documentation names. Screw-retained for retrievability or cement-retained for esthetic access positions: the retention concept follows your Rx.
When to Choose an Implant Bridge for Your Patient
Three or four missing teeth on two implants often serve the patient better than an implant per tooth: fewer fixtures, easier hygiene landscapes, and a framework that distributes load deliberately. A 4 tooth implant bridge on well-placed fixtures is routine work for our bench, and an implant-supported bridge can also rescue cases where one planned implant site failed. Whether the span, the antagonist, and the bone situation support a bridge remains your call as the treating clinician; send the plan and we advise on framework design before anything is milled.

Open a Lab AccountImplant bridge or single implant crowns: how do I decide?
Adjacent implants can carry connected or individual restorations, and the deciding factors are hygiene access, implant angulation, and how much you value retrievability per unit. Splinting helps weak positions share load; single crowns win on cleanability and individual replacement. We fabricate both from the same records, so you can change the concept after the diagnostic stage without starting over.
What does a 3 tooth implant bridge cost?
We quote to accounts per case instead of publishing figures: from a 2 tooth implant bridge to longer spans, the fee depends on units, retention type, and framework material. Open a lab account for the current implant fee schedule, and send the treatment plan if you want a case-specific quote before the patient conversation.
Can an implant bridge replace front teeth convincingly?
Yes, and it is some of the most demanding work we do. An implant bridge for front teeth lives or dies on emergence profiles and pontic design, which is why we plan soft-tissue contact and shade transitions with your photos and shade notes. Provisionals help condition the tissue first; tell us the sequence and we build to it.
Do you verify fit before the seat appointment?
Every framework is checked for passive seating against the analogs on the verified model, and on request we share the CAD design for your approval before milling. For long spans, a verification jig or framework try-in stage can be built into the case plan. State your preference on the Rx; the technician responsible plans the appointments with you.
